A pale chalk track running dead straight through gorse in full flower

Stopped in a stone farmyard, bikes leaned against the wall behind

The chalk cliff at Old Harry, with a sea stack standing off the point

A footpath running out along a narrow headland into green water

Pushing the loaded bike along the clifftop, sea flat behind

Sun going down behind a low ridge over a green field

Bluebells under bare trees, last light coming through the wood

Riding a green lane in deep shade, wild garlic to both sides

Running the bike up a rise through the gorse

Laughing, helmet off, gorse and scrub behind

Down off the ridge with the water flat and pale in the distance. Ponies out on the heath, entirely unbothered.

Dropping down a singletrack off the heath, water and low hills beyond

Coming up a pale gravel track between heather and gorse
